Inside every good Architect and good Developer for that matter, is  installed deep within them , a little eternal flame.

It is always there flickering  within them.

This is their burning desire to always do the best they can, be better than before.

It is what causes them to always be looking at situations and opportunities and to say what if, how do we solve that better, how do make that economically viable but still be great.

This is above fees to be earned, size of project , the hours available, the budget limitations , this fuels what many may call the above and beyond the calling.

You will always find a good Architect or Developer with a sketchbook or notebook , where they quickly capture their inspired thoughts fresh as they happen.

This flame fires vision to do your best , talents within,  gives the tenacity and resilience required to create inspired solutions to the challenges a building project throughs up , to not just settle for the easy but go beyond the everyday expected and squeeze everything from the found situation , opportunity and the budget.

A Client’s job is to give that flame oxygen,  keep that flame burning as brightly as possible.

Only then will you be rewarded with decades of delight as you and yours enjoy your building over and over.

Embrace what that little flame can do for you, to go beyond the sufficient, beyond the that will do.

Smart developers  make their Architect the  key ingredient for a viable , delight filled , outcome, they know this above anything else in a project makes for success.

They give  the design process time , they know to invest in the design process pays dividends for  years and decades, to come.

Invest in the skill, dedication and concern of your Architect.

Your building project will then be a success.

Only then can you be sure your money is being well invested in you and yours.
