Most homes leak air,thus the heat escapes.

Rent hikes, and hikes.

Renters are being penalised by buy to let gamblers and interest rates.

What is being built , on the whole, is profit margin led, that is poor in thought and bad in deed.

Architecture is too good a luxury just to be for the rich.

Renters pay more , they should receive more.

The best time plant a tree is 50 years ago. The second best time, is now....
